Rayan Moore appointed Racing Manager at McEvoy Mitchell

McEvoy Mitchell Racing is delighted to announce the appointment of highly respected Rayan Moore
as its inaugural Racing Manager.
Business partners Tony McEvoy and Wayne Mitchell knew the time was right for a Racing Manager
to join the team.
“With the opening of our new training complex at Ballarat, the time was right to grow the
management of the racing side,” Tony McEvoy said.
“I’ve worked with Rayan before in my Lindsay Park days and I’m really happy he has decided to join
McEvoy Mitchell.”
Moore,  pictured with partner Jo Burden and their children Isla (8) and Lenny (4), who began his thoroughbred association as a horse breaker with Lindsay Park commented:
“After 16 years with Lindsay Park I felt the time was right for a change,” Moore said.
“It was hard not to be caught up in the wave of enthusiasm when I met with Tony, Wayne and
Calvin.
“The new Ballarat complex is outstanding, and I’m very much looking forward to what the future
holds for the team and owners.”
With the creation of the new Racing Manager position, there will be a further role change with Matt
Tillett to now assist Tony & Wayne with the running the business. Tillett’s role will encompass
bloodstock sales, marketing, and general management duties. Jack Cripps will remain in his role of
sales and syndicates, of which he continues to thrive in.
